The once great King Street Palace! I have driven by this place so many times since it was converted into low income housing and thought about how sad it is downtown Charleston doesn't have anything today that compares. 10/4/94 was my first Panic show. My dad drove me to Charleston from HHI and my sister, who was at CofC, came along. Needless to say, I was sold. Houser was still standing and the band was truly catching its stride. Saw Kevn come out for the only other 'Rockin' In The Free World' duet with him a year or so later in Savannah. Great memories and a great show…I think I still have it on tape somewhere.
